We stayed at Vaga View Homestay as a group of 10 and booked both the 3 BHK cottage and the 1 BHK villa. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this property to families and groups visiting Vagamon. The biggest highlight is the location and the view. We visited in June during the monsoon season, and the combination of rain, mist, fog, and the beautiful view of Thangalpara made the stay memorable. It was peaceful, quiet, and away from the busy tourist areas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Towels, soap, and hot water were provided. We experienced a minor issue with the hot water once, but it was quickly manageable and did not affect our stay. Tea can be arranged on request, and the caretaker was friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The property also provides driver accommodation, which is very useful for larger groups. Bonfire and jeep safari arrangements are available on request as well. We did not opt for these activities ourselves, but we saw other guests enjoying the bonfire during our stay. The 3 BHK cottage was spacious and excellent for our group. The 1 BHK villa offers much more privacy, with its own separate gate and entrance, making it a good option for small families, women travellers, elderly guests, or those who simply prefer a more private stay. As a woman who handled the booking for our group, I personally appreciated the privacy and family-friendly atmosphere of the property. Some members of our group felt the villa was slightly darker inside and could use a little more housekeeping attention, but it also included useful facilities such as a stove and tea-making materials. One thing guests should know in advance is that the property is located quite deep inside, and the final stretch of road is narrow. However, once you reach the property, the views and peaceful surroundings make the journey worthwhile. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but food delivery is available, and the caretaker can provide the details and contacts. A small suggestion for future guests: if possible, contact the owner directly while booking. We found them helpful and responsive, and it may be more convenient than relying entirely on third-party booking platforms. Overall, a peaceful stay with beautiful views, friendly staff, good facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. We left with happy memories and would gladly visit again.

Very good experience. Rooms are neat and clean. A calm and quiet place to stay. You got a spectacular scenery of misty mountain from the balcony and rooms. Good hospitality. Self cooking facility avilable in this property.

It's a beautiful place to visit and we visited many spots like sucide spot, Meadows, jeep ride, tunnel falls ect..... and we danced in camp fire and rooms are very comfortable

Great stay in Vagamon! Nice ambience, clean and comfortable rooms, and very good service. Loved the view of Thangal Para right in frontamazing scenery. Food was also really good. Highly recommended!
