Munnar Castle is truly one of the best view hotels in Munnar. The property is extremely neat, tidy, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are well ventilated, and the view from the wide, clear glass windows is absolutely stunning. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and the hot water shower is especially recommendable. The hotel also has an in-house restaurant, and the tea served there was amazing. Parking is ample and available on-site at all times, which makes things very convenient. The manager is kind, helpful, and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The hotel is located slightly away from the heavy hustle and bustle of the city centre, making it an ideal place for a peaceful stay. Honestly, it feels like more than just a 3-star property. Totally worth the money for the location, comfort, and experience.

The service was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, the bed was of poor quality, and there were bedbugs that made the night unbearable. When I complained, the hotel manager was rude, unprofessional, and spoke aggressivelyalmost as if he was intoxicated. Overall, a terrible experience..
