Our stay at Villa Tesori was made even more special because of Nimmy Aunty's incredible hospitality. She welcomed us with so much warmth and made us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. Her kindness, care, and attention to every little detail truly stood out throughout our stay. The food prepared under her care was absolutely delicious, with authentic homemade flavors that made every meal memorable. She was always attentive to our needs and ensured that we were comfortable and well looked after. Nimmy Aunty's friendly nature, genuine concern for her guests, and personal touch create a homely atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. She is undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons why Villa Tesori feels so special. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, Villa Tesori offers the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, delicious food, and natural beauty. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wayanad. Looking forward to visiting again!

Stayed at the cottage in Villa Tessori with my partner. Was an absolutely insane experience. Nimmi ma'am was a delight. She ensured that we got full privacy. Special mention to the infinity pool and the views from the same. The food was lovely too. Did not feel like we were living in a homestay. It was a luxurious experience and Nimmi ma'am was lovely to talk to as well. Highly recommend if you want to do a couple of cozy nights as a couple.

Booked Villa Tesori on my friend's recommendation for our family tripme, my wife, and kids (4 yrs & 2 yrs old). Nimmi Mam (the amazing owner) suggested their private cottage perfect for families. What blew us away: Arrival Surprise: Nimmi Mam upgraded us to the entire first floor with breathtaking Chembra Peak viewspure magic! Kid-Friendly Heaven: Rooms stocked with carrom, cards, toyskids never got bored! Pool Perfection: Spotless pool always ready (Nimmi Mam ensured it). Nighttime views from the pool? Unforgettable! Food by Chef Dipesh : Every meal was homemade perfectionmy kids & wife raved about it. (Deserves its own review!) Nimmi Mam's Personal Touch: Trusted cab recommendations for sightseeing + perfect spot suggestions. Felt like family! Our Wayanad trip was truly magical and many thanks to Nimmi Mam. While searching for a place to stay in Wayanad over the long weekend, our preference was to visit a location that was beautiful and less crowded yet not isolated enough to make one anxious. From the pictures on google and other travel websites, we narrowed down this location and it turned out to be better than what we could imagine from the photos and reviews. Nestled among the tea plantation on the top of the hill, this property offers the peace we all look for during our weekend getaways from the city. To start with, the route to this place was really awesome. The Bengaluru-Mysore highway was a nice cruise on the road which later turned into a ride through the jungle when we hit the Bandipur Tiger Reserve where we encountered wildlife in plenty. Following that the terrain becomes hilly but not the kind that would make you worry. I have only ever driven the car on plains but I was able to tackle the route with ease whilst enjoying the views around. The last patch to the property might resemble an off road track but it's fairly easy. Upon arriving there, we were surprised to see how well maintained the property is and how the views exceeded what we were expecting. The owner, Nimmy ji, is a very good host but also a wonderful human. Her hospitality made us feel welcome and didn't make us think we were talking to a stranger. Along with good clean rooms (with great views) and a common area offering all sorts of entertainment (board games, hammock, view points, family sitting areas and cute decor) the property also has a nice garden with a swing that offers a great view, an open fireplace (which acts as a bonfire area) and a swimming pool with an infinity view facing the sun set. They also maintain various birds there which provide that natural vibe to the place with all the chirping. There is also Wifi in case your phone network is weak. Nimmy ji overlooked all the work being done there including the food preparation and even cooked a few dishes herself. She introduced us to a couple of jackfruit dishes which were awesome and gave tips on the recipes too. She also arranged some saatvik food for my wife so that she could have options and all the food was so light , healthy and tasted homely which is what we wanted as eating food outside is a concern these days. We could also see the kitchen on the way so we can vouch for its cleanliness too. What we will always remember is how Nimmy ji was one of the best and gracious host we have ever come across. We will also remember our talks and her stories from across the world while we would sip tea in the garden, eat on the swing or witness the night sky by the fire. She was also the designated photographer on the homestay and helped click some wonderful shots of all the visitors there. She also helped us when we were in a bit of a pickle while visiting nearby tourist spots. To sum up, I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking to explore the peace and beauty of nature whilst living in a place with all creature comforts. Only with that relaxed and calm frame of mind would you be able to truly enjoy what this place has to offer.

I might honestly fall short of words to describe this place and, even more so, the incredible host, Nimmy. She is a perfect example of what true hosting looks like. Thoughtful, warm, and deeply committed. Her passion for this space shows in every little detail, and that passion has beautifully shaped the entire experience. From the tasteful dcor and layout to the amenities and food, everything feels intentional and full of heart. And yes, she is an amazing chef too. Every meal feels special. Her communication is clear, warm, and effortless, making you feel at home even before you arrive. What truly stands out is her love for nature and her journey toward sustainable living, which reflects so naturally across the property. I cannot recommend this place enough. Perfect for families, friends, newly married couples, and even the elderly. Just brilliant. Easily one of my top stays across all the places Ive visited in India.
