The room was decent and comfortable, nothing luxury, but well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. Food was acceptablenot a wide variety, but good enough for a comfortable stay. The location is calm and scenic, but the road to reach the place is a bit difficult, especially at night. We reached late at night, and since its a sleepy hill area with limited visibility, driving was a little scaryespecially with a fully loaded car. If the driver is not experienced, it can be challenging

The rooms were clean and cozy with an ambient atmosphere. It had huge windows and a balcony through which we could view the valley. The area was well maintained and taken off. Staffs were warm and friendly. We had breakfast, which was quite tasty and hot. As a cat person, I was happy to see that they take care of the cat there, without disturbing any of the guests. Overall the vibe was nice and comforting

Located just 6 km from Munnar town, amidst lush cardamom plantations, this stay is an ideal retreat to experience the breathtaking beauty of Munnar. Mr. Russell and his team are extremely attentive, prompt and responsive. While there is no full time restaurant, meals can be arranged with at least an hours notice. The food is tasty and the dining area is exceptionally serene, offering an almost private dining experience. There were minor issues with hot water during the stay, but overall, this property is a great choice for families and couples seeking a relaxing, peaceful getaway.

Firstly Mr.Russel and his team make this place even more beautiful with the experience and support Chef is good and had great dinners, if you are someone who prefers spicy food, you need to specify as food is bland mostly. Location is breath taking, fireplace and many other amenities are exceptional. Would love to go back, thanks for every detail covered during our stay. Best wishes and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. It's got everything you need

It was amazing experience with violet wood. Everything was managed well . Staff is very cooperative and manager too. Mr russel babu .( manager) is a very jolly and interactive person . Meals were served fresh and delicious. Amenities and cleanliness is on the top. I request you to Please dont give stay to bachelor group . They create disturbance for people staying and for staff members too. Highland recommended hotel for munnar Will visit again . Thank u for your assistance. Violet wood and team .
