One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Completely disappointing and unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, everything was a disaster. No hot water was provided, and the place was extremely cold and uncomfortable. When we tried to ask basic questions, the staff responded with a rude and arrogant attitude, showing no respect or concern for customers. On top of that, they added extra charges for unnecessary and ridiculous things without proper justification. The service was extremely poor, the behavior was unprofessional, and the entire experience felt like a waste of money and time. A place like this does not understand customer service or hospitality. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. One of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences ever.

Terrible!! Not recommended!! We (20+1 people) went during summer for a day (2 pm to 11 am) with 1700/- per head. No sound/music allowed after 10 pm...common campfire for all stayers did not allowed us to enjoy privately...grilling chicken (3 chicken) costed us another 2000/-...it was hot at night times & wall pedestal fan (no ceiling fan or AC) available does not have enough cooling which caused us to sweat and over that power failure too!! Beds lack width for accommodating 2 persons; had to keep them together but the mattresses were having height differences (one spring and other foam) No basic items like, soaps, towel, etc., in the bathroom. Food was very basic like, dosa & idli with sambar & chutney as breakfast and porotta & chappatti with chicken/veg. curry which was okay but not upto the price...no lunch provided...gave bathroom cleaning soap solution (we think as it had the odour of it) instead of hand wash which did not got out of our hand even after many washes and was there in the next day too. Had to waste more than half-an-hour for trekking due to jeep arriving late.

Worst experience, dont ever book this room anymore, staffs very rude and look like goons, just basic water and glass they wont provide. No room service, they all in drunken manner, so not safe also

Horrible experience.. We stayed 3 nights and four days...no hot water, tasteless food and very rude manager behaves like a rowdy they literally threaten for money.. Not at all safe for family so try some other resort.
