It offers an unbelievable valley view, and the sunrise from the balcony rooms is magical. The room service is good and the staff is helpful, making the stay comfortable. The only challenge is its Bisonvalley location, which requires travelling through Gap Road a scary, unlit ghat section that closes after sunset. Its essential to reach before dark, especially in monsoon. Overall, Id recommend the stay for its views and experience, provided you plan your arrival wisely.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Winter Gardens Resort in Munnar, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The resort offers spacious rooms at an affordable price, which was a great bonus. Our single room with double occupancy was comfortable and well-appointed. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful view from the balcony - it was truly breathtaking. The staff, particularly owner Akhil, were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the resort's location on a hilltop added to its charm. The in-house kitchen was ready to serve with limited options, and we appreciated the convenience. The resort also offered barbecue and campfire facilities, which added to the overall experience. Overall, Winter Gardens Resort offers great value for money, with its economical pricing and wonderful amenities. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Munnar.

The best stay in bison valley surrounded by hills and greens. Room service and staff were friendly. Ad there is no shop nearby, plan your food and snacks early. Resort will provide meals as per our booking. The place is quiet and best for nature lovers.

A lovely hotel, set in a beautiful location and stunning eco friendly environment with beautiful Mountain View. The setting is very relaxing. All the hotel staffs are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant food is delicious. We found our bed to be very comfortable and our rooms were very spacious, with everything we needed. We would happily visit again. Thankyou Winter Garden...

We booked a what they call 'Villa'. Its a 3 BHK unit within the hotel. Rooms: The rooms appeared to have been locked for a while and recently only cleaned/opened. The rooms had that kinda smell. The beds were good Kitchen was okay There is a balcony sort of dining space that is open, thats good too. Bathrooms were Bad. Hot water is not available at all times. The tap didn't work for one of the bathrooms. Another bathroom was tiny and not thoroughly cleaned, dimly lit. Service and location: Both top notch. Especially the location. It was misty at night. You can catch sunrise from here with the clouds beneath you. :) The road leading to the hotel is quite steep so take care.
