Our stay at Bells Beach Resort was truly delightful. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist with a warm smile, ensuring a comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. The food was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, offering a good variety of options to suit different preferences. Every meal was enjoyable and served promptly. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, contributing to a peaceful and relaxing stay. The resorts overall ambience is calm and ideal for unwinding. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa excellent hospitality, great food, and a very comfortable stay.

I booked this hotel with high expectations, but the experience was disappointing. The property is not close to main Calangute Beach and is located well inside from the main road, which makes access inconvenient. The rooms are spacious but very average in quality. This is definitely not a 4-star property. At best, it feels like a 2-star or 2-plus hotel. The only positive aspect was the staff. The reception and service team were polite and courteous. Beyond that, there is nothing noteworthy about the property. The food quality was ordinary, and the breakfast buffet lacked even basic dessert options. For the price they charge, the value is extremely poor. They provide only two 500 ml water bottles per day, which feels inadequate for a hotel claiming higher standards. Basic amenities were missing. There were no hand towels, no soaps, and the bathroom had two unlabelled pump bottles for shampoo and body wash, leaving guests to guess which is which. I stayed here for two nights and will not return. There are far better properties available in Goa at the same or even lower price. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

A special mention to Chef Shantanu Dallai, whose culinary skills are truly exceptional. Every dish we tried was packed with authentic flavors and presented beautifully. You can tell he puts his heart into every plate absolutely world-class cooking! Must try American crispy corn and veg Hakka noddles The service team was equally impressive. Pappu, our waiter, was incredibly polite, attentive, and ensured everything arrived right on time with a big smile. Hitesh also deserves appreciation for his friendly and professional attitude together they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A little later , Henry yong and joann, another receptionist, helped us with our table arrangements and ensured everything was perfectly organized. His courteous nature and attention to detail truly stood out.

I recently stayed in this hotel for a week. Our requirements were very clear: We wanted a good, well managed hotel that was in a good location. Honestly, food & other amenities like swimming pool, games, etc. were not really a priority. As we wanted to have food at various restaurants in Goa. This hotel perfectly matched our requirements. The rooms are spacious & have good balconies. The washrooms are clean. They have decent room service. The food is okayish. I had lunch once there. It was neither bad, nor too good. Most importantly, the management was quite responsive & accomodating. There literally were no hiccups during check-in, check-out & during the whole week stay. The service people did their job & met all our needs. It was a super easy & comfortable stay. And that's what we wanted. The location is perfect. It sits right in the middle of North Goa.
