The hotel is located very close to Baga Beach and has a private beach entry, which is a big plus. Since we were traveling in our own vehicle, it was initially a bit difficult to locate the property. However, after calling the reception, the staff guided us very well. Tip: If you are traveling by your own vehicle, search for the Lenskart store near Baga Beach on maps. From there, take a left turn and continue straight to reach the hotel easily. We stayed in the cottage rooms, which were decent and equipped with all basic amenities. Pros: Excellent location, very close to the beach. Housekeeping staff was very prompt and responsive. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options, including Jain food. Tip: Try to reach the breakfast area before 9:00 AM to get seating easily. After that, it becomes crowded, though the staff does their best to arrange seating as quickly as possible. We opted for la carte dinner, and the food was good. The hotel also offers a buffet dinner option for guests who have it pre-booked, with a good variety of dishes. Cons: The hotel is located near a Hindu cremation ground. Although it is mostly covered by the hotel premises, we noticed the smell of burning at times. Outside the main gate, there are bike and car rental vendors standing throughout the day. This can be convenient for some, but families may find it slightly uncomfortable. The cottage rooms could be better maintained. The one we stayed in looked old and had a slight unpleasant smell. Cats were roaming around the cottage area, and at night they were noisy, which disturbed our sleep.

Absolutely loved my holiday at Estrela Do Mar Beach Resort! The rooms were so comfortable and beautifully maintained. The service was impeccable, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, the location is absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend it!

One of the few resorts in Goa with Direct beach access.... Good comfortable rooms as per requirement. This is my 2 nd visit yo this place and it is still good after all these years. Presently there are some cuts in menu related yo the rising gas rates and issue in Goa. Still the staffaret taking all efforts to make everyone comfortable. Ithis on Baga beach and at walking distance from Calangute... All great places for a great stay.... Highly recommend to all who wish to see the realaessence of Goa.

If you ever wanted a stay that perfectly blends a beautiful beachside location with unparalleled staff indifference, congratulationsyouve found your place. Positives (yes, there are a few): Beautiful beach property. Honestly, the location deserves all the stars this hotel will never get. Spacious rooms with genuinely good views. These rooms carry the entire hotel on their shoulders. A surprisingly nice buffet spread for a property that otherwise feels allergic to good service. Negatives : Staff behaviour: If youve ever wondered what happens when arrogance, rudeness, and zero accountability join handslook no further. Every request outside their daily routine is treated like a NASA moon mission. Basic service? Good luck. Asking them to clear dishes or requesting help with something as simple as cleaning my babys sipper turned into a masterclass in denial and excuses. Everybody is trained well to say "this is not my job". That's not what hospitality means. Swimming pool staff: Think of people who shouldn't be allowed around guests and then imagine worse. Basic manners clearly didnt make it to the training module. Front Office: The Grand Finale. Lost my room key card on second day, was told its 300 for a replacement. Though unreasonable, I was ready to pay. Except no one issued a new one for the entire stay, so I played Call a Random Employee to Open My Room 25 times a day even at the oddest hours. But the real magic show happened at checkout. At 5 AMwhile trying to catch a flightI was informed the card costs 1000. Then 850. Then 500. Finally, after confirming that their own staff earlier said 300, they reluctantly let me pay 300 but not before ensuring my blood pressure peaked and I nearly missed my flight. If bargaining for unfair charges is your idea of adventure, this is the place. Conclusion: Great property, great location tragically let down by staff who desperately need training, supervision, or complete replacement. Until then, think of it as a beach resort with accidental customer service.

Overall super stay. Distance from Beach is about 50 mtr. Hotels room were awesome. They upgrade us to heigher category room as complimentary. Pool and jacuzzi was superb. 4/5 ratting due to food options are not available.
