Its a waste property. Nobody choose this property to enjoy your vacation.recently I booked this villa . They dont have parking and restaurant.simply says I dont get one bottle mineral water from them. Uncleaned rooms toilet . Irresponsible management. And they have some edited photos of the property to cheat the whole tourists.so I kindly request that nobody choose this property to enjoy your happily hours.

Though the views are good, the property is very remote and challenging to reach. The staff response is very poor. No network and WiFi is very unstable. Overall very bad experience.

Stayed at GV Royal Residency, Vattavada. The location and ambience are really nice peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a short nature getaway. The stay itself was comfortable and the surroundings beautiful. But the service was extremely disappointing. Staff were very unhelpful, didnt even provide basic things like drinking water, and ignored requests politely made. Even after giving extra money (tips), there was no improvement. Verdict: Great place for the location and ambience, but service is very poor. Not recommended if you expect even basic hospitality. .

Please don't choose this residency ...at free of cost also ... I paid last minute 4000 rs for this ...vattavada panjayath to here nearly 500m very narrow and only keep entered road...noo food option there .no car parking....we should park our car in public area with no responsibility of gv residence....very very bad experience...worst hotel ever taken....

I am very disappointed, Very bad customer experience. Toilets are not even cleaned properly.. The Sheets and beds are very dirt not washing it properly after use. I am not recommending at this cost (2500). We can get another luxury room at this price range. So don't go for it .. I recommend Mountain hut resort nearby this resort it have been properly maintained and cleaned . Nice view and nice ambience
