We first stayed at Ocean Palms Goa 14 years ago and finally made it back last week. While the structure and layout have totally changed, the vibe and incredible service remain exactly the same. The staff is so professional and polite .. special shoutout to the room service and parking teams. Food-wise, the meals were awesome and the breakfast buffet gave us so many choices. Food was very tasty ..!! They even had great weekend events planned. We loved our stay and won't wait another 14 years to come back!

We stayed at Hotel Ocean Palm, Calangute, Goa from 23 May to 27 May and had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, neat, and cleaned regularly. The location is also excellentclose to Calangute Beach and convenient for exploring nearby places. The food and service were very good, and overall the hospitality exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and created beautiful memories during our Goa trip. Thank you to the entire Ocean Palm team for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa!

Had a wonderful stay at Ocean Palms Goa Resort, Calangute. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was clean, the breakfast had a good variety, and the food was delicious. The location is great, with Calangute Beach just a short distance away, making it convenient to explore North Goa. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable experience. Highly recommended for families, couples, and friends visiting Goa!

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Palms Resort & Spa during our first family trip to Goa. The property is well maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect with easy access to Calangute Beach and nearby attractions. A special thanks to Mizzah at the reception, who welcomed us with a warm smile and made our stay even more pleasant. Before our arrival, we had requested a baby cot and an early check-in possibility. The team acknowledged our requests, and the baby cot was already arranged in the room when we arrived. What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the entire staff. Mizzah always greeted our children with a genuine smile whenever she saw them, making them feel special and making us feel right at home. Every member of the team was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist. We travelled with a 4-year-old toddler and a 5-month-old baby, and the entire team made our stay comfortable, stress-free, and memorable. The check-in process was smooth, the service was excellent, and the overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Ocean Palms team, especially Mizzah, for making our first Goa vacation so memorable. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this property to families travelling with children.

Stayed at the Hotel for official purposes. The property is located within walkable distance from a less travelled beach. The rooms were quite and well maintained. The pools were also clean and there was a guard on duty at the pool. The food was pretty decent with good variety of cuisines and options for both Veg and Non-Veg dishes. There were also performances at the restaurant "Terra" which created a very enjoyable evening entertainment while you munch on food. The service and the staff were responsive and quick and extremely friendly too. Overall a good value for money stay.
