I had a wonderful stay at Peninsula Beach Resort. This was my 2nd time here at this resort. A special mention to the managers Mr.Altamash and Ms.Sneha, both are extremely helpful, polite, and cooperative. They were always ready to assist and made sure all our requirements were taken care of. I came with my family, and it was a great experience for all of us. The location is excellent, with a beautiful and very clean beach nearby, with relatively serene vibe. The staff was also very friendly and supportive.The food was good, rooms were spacious and well equipped with all necessary amenities, and the swimming pool was quite large and enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Great location, excellent service, and wonderful managers and staff. Highly recommended!

Very bad choice to live with. no proper services are available. didn't even provide tea coffee. Didn't provide room service. first they provide very congested and untidy room, after asking them about it they provide another room, which is good. Food quality and taste both are poor as compare to charges. Need to hire good chef, Staff wasn't interested in there work at all. all are there just doing time pass and on their phone. property is very good but owner need to take some strict actions to improve service and customer satisfaction. First of all he need to change his staff and hire some people with some skills and enthusiasm.

So much problem in every room. We stayed from 5th Aug to 8th Aug. In one room, door lock is not working (if its open u cant lock and if its locked u cant open) In the second one commode is leaking and smells just awful. In the third hand wash dispensor is broken plus leakage from ceiling. Such service to customers. I would never recommend peninsular resort. Never go this resort. I don't know if the owner even knows about the situation or not. Staff are like pathetic.

We were four friends visiting Goa and had booked Peninsula Beach Resort for our stay. However, our experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was garbage scattered around the hotel ambience and cottage area, and many places looked very unhygienic. Because of this, the environment did not feel pleasant at all. The staff behavior was also not up to expectations. The food quality was average neither very good nor very bad. Overall, we did not like this hotel at all.
