AVOID THIS RIDICULOUS HOTEL AVOID IT AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel earned it. Considering the extremely high price, I expected a clean, comfortable, and professionally managed property. Instead, I was met with a tiny, cramped room that looked nothing like what was advertised. The cleanliness standards were unacceptable finding hair in the bathtub upon arrival was disgusting and immediately raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. To make matters worse, there was no working Wi-Fi, which is a basic amenity that any hotel charging premium rates should provide without issue. Repeated attempts to get assistance from management were frustrating and largely pointless. The staff seemed indifferent, and managements handling of complaints was nothing short of ridiculous. Paying luxury prices for such poor conditions is unacceptable. Between the unclean room, lack of Wi-Fi, tiny accommodations, and incompetent management, this was one of the worst hotel experiences Ive had. Avoid this hotel at all costs. There are far better options available that actually deliver the quality and service they promise.

We had a bit of a bumpy start as we were allocated a ground-floor room without a balcony, which wasn't what we had booked. However, the hotel manager, Mr. Kable Singh, was incredibly helpful in sorting it out. We truly appreciated his calmness and wonderful hospitality in resolving the issue. Another thing to note is the parking. It can be a bit of a hassle because the valet parks your car about 300 meters away, meaning you have to wait a while whenever you want to head out. On the plus side, the location is superbjust a 10-minute walk to Calangute Beach. We didnt try the food, so we can't comment on that, but overall, it is a decent stay for the price paid.

We spent three wonderful days at the hotel and also attended the New Year party. Our overall experience was excellent the stay was very comfortable, the New Year party was well organized, and the food was absolutely amazing. The staffs behaviour was courteous, professional, and always helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Special thanks to Mr. Dhananjay (GM) for his excellent management and to Mr. Niranjay for his support and hospitality. Truly a memorable experience, and we would love to visit again.

Hotel itself is on a very busy main road. However, hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. Food was excellent. Manav and Sumit ensured food was served according to our need. They cleaned the swimming pool when we asked them to. You can walk to the nearest beach in 10-15 minutes, best to find side roads rather than walking to the main road.

From the moment we arrived, the entire team made our group feel extremely special and well-cared for. They attended to every small need of our group members, checked on them multiple times a day, and truly made them feel at home. The staff are very helpful.Roomd are spacious and clean.the food also was tasty. Everyone must visit this hotel once the beaches near by the location is good and perfect I recommend this hotel to everyone
