I had a wonderful stay at Shining Sand Beach Resort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location is beautiful, with easy access to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The food and overall service were excellent. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable beach vacation. Will definitely visit again!

They don't know what is hospitality means. The manager is very rude. Followed by them the staff Aldo doesn't know what is hospitality means. All of them are very rude. Never select this resort for your stay. The staff can't even provide an extra bed for kids without payment at mid night Even though they committed kids stay for free in agreement. No welcome drinks served as specified in their nooking. Neither can they give the same non agreement in righting stating only officials can come and answer in the morning leaving the kids stranded. My prudential advise is that pls dont select this place. They will only ruin your happiness. Very ruthless staff. Don't even know the least courtesy to be able to handle the kids comfort. Very money minded.

The hotel stay was decent overall, mainly because the staff were very friendly, polite, and always helpful. One of the biggest advantages is the location, as the beach is just a 30-second walk away, which made the stay more enjoyable. The food ordered from the restaurant was also good and satisfying. However, the rooms definitely need better maintenance and attention to basic hospitality standards. No toiletries were kept in the room before check-in, and even basic floor mats were not arranged. Additionally, the sink got clogged, making it impossible to use the tap properly, which was quite inconvenient. If the hotel improves these areas and focuses more on room maintenance and guest comfort, it can definitely become a very good place to stay.

Our friend group had an amazing time at Shining Sand Beach Resort. The atmosphere was perfect for a fun and relaxing getaway right by the beach with great views and plenty of space to chill together. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and cooperative with all our requests. We especially enjoyed the peaceful vibe, beach access, and spending evenings together around the resort. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and overall the service was good throughout our stay. Best stay

This property is worth 5+ stars !!! I booked cottage stay and that too offline ( Kudos to Mr. Shubham ) , solid personality when you will meet him in person , he is in person at the property taking care of every small things which will make your staying experience top notch !! Cottage rooms are pretty huge and spacious , warm vibe with sofa and a cozy balcony space to chill with your loved ones ! Even it comes straight access to the garden and the seabeach ( private access ) Service : Restaurant staffs are so good and there are multiple to tell this : They will ensure your food is prepared as per your choice be it less oily or less spicy or as per your taste ,they will stand to your expectations Do give a try to their Dal Makhani with Lachcha paratha ( atta made ) and if you are Pasta Fan give a try to White sauce pasta ( do tell your preferred veggies as you want ) Breakfast spread is perfectly balanced everyday and the staffs will ensure that you get the live counter items straight on your table ! Housekeeping staffs are too good and there is a swimming pool at the property ! Location : Perfectly located in the vicinity of Calangute beach and Baga beach and this property has the private access to Calangute beach with ample number of sunloungers at the beach ! #notapaidreview
